You can sort each haplogroup in the table by frequencies by clicking on the name of a haplogroup. Mitochondrial DNA haplogroups or subclades can sometimes reveal some potential medical conditions (see diseases associated with mtDNA mutations). The column for haplogroup U includes U1, U6, U7, U8 and U9. Note that figures are only indicative.

This haplogroup is most frequent in southeast Asia but has not been reported before in Europe. Figure 2 Geographic location of the Croatian subjects with haplogroup F and the reconstruction of the genealogies of Hvar Island cases originating from three villages (1=Vrbanj; 2=Svirce; 3=Bogomolje).
Haplogroup-determining HVSI motifs found in the Volga-Ural populations are shown in Table 1. On evi-dence of cluster analysis, most mtDNA types were assigned to haplogroups specic for West Eurasian populations (Table 2). C 2M 2O 189 2BA 2P 2T. 14O 25T 9U 28M 9P 3C 9B 8K.
The Huns were the descendants of the Xiongnu. Ancient DNA tests have revealed that the Xiongnu were already a hybrid Eurasian people 2,000 years ago, with mixed European and North-East Asian Y-DNA and mtDNA. Modern inhabitants of the Xiongnu homeland have approximately 90% of Mongolian lineages against 10% of European ones.
Haplogroup I1 (Y-DNA) represents one of the two branches of Haplogroup I (Y-DNA) as defined by the International Society of Genetic Genealogy (ISOGG) Y-DNA Haplogroup Tree 2010 .
Haplogroup J1c3b2 is a branch on the maternal tree of human kind. The woman who started this branch lived at some point between recent generations and 5,800 years ago (Behar et al., 2012b). mtDNA Haplogroup J1c3b2 Phylotree History. Established haplogroup labels are shown in black; newly proposed labels in red. Mutations between brackets () are recurrent within the clade, or are uncertain based on current data. Mutations in italic indicate a preliminary status of the defining motif of haplogroups that are insufficiently supported by complete mtDNA sequences.
Overall the mtDNA haplogroup K is found in about 6% of the population of Europe and the Near East, but it is more common in certain of these populations. Approximately 16% of the Druze of Syria, Lebanon, Israel, and Jordan, belong to haplogroup K. It is also found among 8% of Palestinians. Additionally, K reaches a level of 17% in Kurdistan.

My dad is J1. Apparently it is quite common in the Middle East and North Africa, but it's also found at lower percentages in Europe. His maternal ancestry is Northwest European.

submit assignment ignou 2020, Jun 06, 2020 · NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Friday, June 05, 2020, released Assignments January/July 2020 for various academic programs offered by the varsity. Haplogroup G seems to have had a slow start, evolving somewhere in West Asia in isolation for tens of thousands of years, G did not participate in the earlier colonization of G1 and G2 entered Europe in Neolithic times in several waves, together with J1 and/or J2.
This widespread distribution strongly suggests that haplogroup “J1” was part of the Neolithic spread of agriculture into Europe from the Near East beginning approximately 10,000 years ago. Halpogroup “J1c3” is projected to have first appeared in about 7000 BCE and Haplogroup “J1c3b” appeared between about 4500 BCE and 400 AD in Ireland. 1С:Предприятие :: 1С:Предприятие 8 общая. 1C 8.3 + Windows Server 2008 R2 64x Публикация на веб сервере IIS.
